Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Every new workspace gets 14 days with every feature, including the API, webhooks and the importer. Choose a plan whenever you're ready.
What counts as a seat?
Each workspace member counts as a seat, and so does each pending invitation. Removing a member or cancelling an invitation frees the seat straight away.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing settings.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your workspace keeps full access for 7 days while the payment is retried. After that it becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export, but nothing can be edited until billing is sorted.
Can I bring my content from Bynder Content Workflow?
Yes. The importer is included on every plan. It reads your account with your own API key, never writes to it, and gives you a dry run and a mapping report first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings. Your content stays exportable.
